What information do we collect?  In connection with providing financial products or services to you, we obtain information about you from the information you provide on your mortgage application, loans and account forms, your transaction with us and information we receive from third parties such as credit bureaus.

Why do we share this information?  We share information to respond quicly to  your needs and requests.

Who do we share information with?  In order to serve you more efficiently and enhance your customer experience with us, we share information with the following types of third parties:  Financial services providers that perform loan origination, and banks; non-financial companies such as real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, and other service providers with whom we have agreements or are a party to the loan transaction.

How do we treat former customers?  Even if you are no longer our customer, the privacy practices described in this notice will continue to apply to you.

How do we protect your information?  We restrict access to information about you to employees, agents and service providers who need this information to provide products and services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Important Information About Procedures For Opening A New Account -

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.  What this means for you: when you open and account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documentation.
